II. WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED?
This is the second week of working together on our ideas. We've learned about our customer segments and identified a few issues that will be addressed by them. We've discovered that our problem has a specific focus that we need to be aware of: struggling students.
As time goes by in our discussion, we are finally making the customer segment step by step, and with each step, we have gained knowledge about our customers. First, is the demographic profile of our targets, such as course, sex, year level, location, etc. We also identify how we are going to communicate with our customers. Next is psychographic. In this part, we stand at the feet of our customers, think about what I need to know, and mimic their persona or mindset.
Lastly, having interaction with co-learners through forum. Our target customers are student in senior high school and engineering related courses, examiners, and also for those people who are interested in engineering and mathematics.
We have learned and recognized our customer segments at the end of the day. We already have expertise and solutions for our customer’s demands and wants, and we will assist them through our services.
