II. WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED?

This is the third week of working together with our educational e-platform, which focuses on the needs of our target customer segments: CE students and CE Board exam takers. We have discovered that it is not enough to just identify them and proceed directly to making our products; we need to learn about their needs and wants.

In order to organize what the needs are and what we offer, we have created a Value Proposition Canvas. The value proposition canvas is the most important part of the BMC because it identifies the customer segments' gains, pains, and jobs. Next, we need to correlate it with the products/services we offer, the gain creators and pain relievers. Since we have two customer segments, we made two value propositions as well.

At the end of the day, we have summarized all the problems the customers wanted to resolve and what improvements they wanted from the current market. From there, we are able to create services that fit.
