II. WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED?

During our week 4 discussion, we discussed ways to fill up the customer relationship on the Business Model Canvas. It is important because we need to identify how to get customers, retain them, acquire referrals for new customers, and boost sales. In addition, it is important because it is a very core piece of the business model canvas. It states how you will interact with your customer and what kind of experience you want to provide while buying.

We figure out how to build a relationship with our target customer in the middle of the discussion. Online promotion will be the way of attracting our target customers, such as Tiktok ads, Facebook and Instagram stories, and promotional tweets on Twitter. Provide referral codes and referral networks. We devised a strategy for regaining our customers. Improving the websites, offering a discount for the repetition of subscriptions, and lastly, contacting old members.

At the end of the discussion, we learned to make a customer with our target customer. Through the new realization and knowledge that we’ve gained from this discussion, we can create a new strategy and strong relationship with a particular customer.
