II. WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED?

Today, we collaborated on ideas about the key partners. In this part of the business model, we identified who our partners and suppliers are in our business. What are the resources the services need to acquire from them and what kind of services will they provide to help our business?

We need partnerships to ensure the e-platform and websites that will provide the services to our customers. The business needs a strong key partner to keep it competitive in the field. We will achieve that with the help of providing advertisement outlets and web designers because these two are one of the primary needs of the business. Our key suppliers are the ones who provide content, supply learning materials, and so on.

At the end of the discussion, we've learned the importance of having a partnership with a supplier and knowing their purpose and offering service to help our business. Having an alliance in business means we can do so much more than doing it alone.
